Break The Barrier is a national nonprofit organization led by almost 40 people (primarily teens) with 12 support groups across 7 states. We help people with everything from time management, stress management to study techniques and more. We also have an app SocialHelper, helping teens with social anxiety through a goal based system.
This position is a great leadership opportunity where we guide you along the way providing resources and hands-on assistance to help you establish your own Break the Barrier branch in your area to help teens. Basically a passion project made easy!

Responsibilities
This is what you can expect do do as a director.
1. Creating a team (support group assistant, marketing assistant, social media officer etc.) of 3 or more
2. Hosting weekly groups on zoom
3. Helping create meeting templates
4. Managing your team
5. Marketing the organization through instagram, flyers, word-of-mouth and more!
TOTAL: ~3 hours a week
